Previous Verse < Judges 4 > Next Verse

Now Heber the Kenite had separated himself from the Kenites, even from the children of Hobab the brother-in-law of Moses, and had pitched his tent as far as the oak in Zaanannim, which is by Kedesh. (ASV)

Pro

The Kenites are described here as the descendants of Hobab, Moses' father-in-law. (See also Judges 1:16.) However, according to Genesis 15:19, the Kenites already inhabited the land in the time of Abraham.
