In Matthew 28, an angel tells Mary Magdalene (and the other Mary) that Jesus has risen. He further tells her to tell the disciples what he has said, which she and Mary do in verse 8.  There was an earthquake and the stone blocking the tomb was rolled away by the angel. The guards are paralyzed with fright and fall down. They encounter the angel first before anything else occurs.

Yet, in John 20, Mary goes to the tomb, finds it empty, then runs to the apostles to report the body is missing and may have been stolen.  She even says the same thing to the man she later meets in the tomb (whom she believes is the gardener but who is actually Jesus himself). She is alone at the tomb, there was no earthquake,  no guards and there is no angel - the stone was already moved before she got there.  She runs to get Peter. Peter and the "other disciple" (probably John) run to the tomb but the other disciple arrives first.

In Mark 16, Mary Magdalene, Mary and Salome go to the tomb. The stone was already moved. There was no earthquake, no guards, no angel and the women were the first to enter the Tomb.

In Luke 24, we don't know how many women were there or who they were.  There was no earthquake, no guards, the stone was already moved, they entered the tomb first and then encounter two angels.

We are told that a group of women that included Mary M. went to the tomb in the early morning. Mark has provided us with a summary of those events.  The other gospel writers provide more detailed information.  Mary Magdalene, on seeing that the body of Jesus was missing, immediately leaves the other women and goes to tell Peter and John that the tomb is empty.  She was not with the other women when they were confronted by the angels.  It is the group of women without Mary who then leave the tomb tO tell the disciples (perhaps in some location other than with Peter and John).  Mary follows Peter and John to the tomb and lingers behind where she is met by Jesus.

Reason for the Move = Con asserts that the four accounts all had separate sources with different information but it is Likely that "Matthew" and "Luke" used "Mark" as a primary source making Con's assertion at least partially false. A related further difficulty for Con is that this means "Matthew" and "Luke" not only knew "Mark" here but deliberately "corrected" it.
