When Was Jesus Scourged?

Per "Mark" Jesus is scourged after the trial. Per "John" Jesus is scourged during the trial 19.1.
Did Pilate Declare That Jesus Was Innocent?
JW:
Per "Mark" Pilate never states that Jesus is innocent. Per "John" Pilate indicates 3 times that Jesus is innocent 18.38, 19.6 and 19.12.
